Our staff programs transform a recruit through robust training to the Cleaning Heights way of working. Only by going through rigorous training can they hope to achieve the quality of service that our customers expect.

Strong attention to detail comes naturally to some people, while others must learn it through effective training. It’s a mental shift for many, but once achieved, new cleaners can be every bit as smart and resourceful as those who’ve been working in the professional cleaning industry for decades.

Flexibility Built into Our Scheduling
For weekly, bi-weekly, or less frequent regular bookings, they’re typically performed on the same day of the week and at a common time.

However, maybe you’ll be on vacation that week or need to change the day because of a scheduling clash? That’s no problem at all. Just let our Customer Service team know and they can alter the arrangements.

Online Appointments or In-Home Meetings

Each cleaning need is unique. Sometimes, an online booking is all that’s required when the request is clear. Other times, meeting in person to assess the scope of the cleaning task is what’s needed.

Online Bookings

It’s possible to book an online appointment for one of our cleaning services, select the time and date, and provide the other details requested. Then a Cleaning Heights team member will arrive at the address on the date and time agreed. This applies to basic instructions where the size of the cleaning job and the specifics of it are easily understood.

With an online booking, the type of cleaning service booked and how many hours of cleaning it requires are known.

In-Home Meetings

The other possibility is unusual or unclear cleaning requirements. A new customer might not be clear whether they need a One-off Cleaning Service or a Deep Cleaning one for places that haven’t been cleaned in weeks or months. The size of the home or commercial premises might not be known either.

In any of these situations, it is much better to meet in person, tour the home, size up the job properly, and get clear on what service will be best. Then the appropriate service recommendation and pricing information can be confirmed.
